ReZz is Cork’s first micro-sleeper hotel, founded by Ray Byrne and Eoin Doyle, operating with a compact, design-led concept and a multi-department team (Front Office, Bar, Night shifts). As the hotel opened and staff were shared across sections, managing schedules in Excel, tracking time-off informally, and collecting timecards by message became confusing and time-consuming—jeopardizing efficient rostering and payroll.

ReZz implemented Bizimply to create department-based schedules, formalise time-off requests, digitise timecards and share daily task lists. Within six weeks they cut rostering time from up to 30 hours a month to about 5 hours (saving ~24 hours), sped up payroll, improved team communication and guest service, and gained a scalable system to support planned expansion.
