Gourmet Food Parlour, a seven‑unit food retailer, moved from Excel spreadsheets to Bizimply after growth exposed inconsistencies and made it hard to manage scheduling, time & attendance and labour costs. Bizimply was rolled out to all locations and is used daily by operations, finance, managers and staff via the MyZimply app. The platform centralises schedules, clock‑ins, shift logs and sales data, making it easy to see who’s working, track lateness/overtime and monitor labour percentage — saving time, improving control across multiple sites and helping reduce labour costs.
