Chimac is a popular Korean fried chicken restaurant in Dublin founded by Garrett and Sofie. As the business grew, manual processes—schedules on Google Sheets with screenshots shared via WhatsApp and attendance recorded in a sign-in book—led to missed shifts, inconsistent break records, overstaffing and no easy way to review labour data or ensure visa-related hour limits were met.
They implemented Bizimply to manage scheduling, time tracking and HR. Drag-and-drop rostering now takes minutes and shows hours per day/week and booked holidays at a glance; a clock-in/clock-out time station enforces correct breaks; and built-in reporting reveals costs by day and by FOH vs. kitchen so they can spot over- and understaffing. The changes saved time, improved compliance and gave the owners clearer, actionable insight into staffing and labour costs.
