Causeway Hospitality is a Waterford-based group operating seven venues—including a nightclub, three bars and three hotels—with about 150 staff and 15 managers/admins across locations. Before 2018 they managed rosters, timesheets and payroll manually via Excel and paper timesheets, which was time-consuming, error-prone and offered no real-time budgeting or cost control between sites.

After implementing Bizimply in late 2018, managers use drag-and-drop rostering with live costed schedules, centralized visibility for head office, and mobile timecard approval. Attendance tracking improved, timecards now import automatically into Sage Payroll Professional, weekly approval time was halved, payroll errors reduced, and the business gained real-time labour and budget insights across all locations.
