Dorman’s Group, an Ulster institution whose portfolio includes Dorman’s Bar, Mary’s Bar and Secrets, has been serving food, drink and entertainment since 1905 and has won multiple industry awards. Despite its success, the group struggled with outdated, paper-and-spreadsheet rostering circulated via WhatsApp, a hand-scanner clocking system that only produced weekly reports, time-consuming time-off coordination, little real-time attendance visibility and manual wage calculations.
