Data discrepancies occurred because the information was stored in two separate databases, SQL Server and Teradata, and monitoring the incremental ETL data load was an issue. BizAcuity was engaged to address this data integration problem.

BizAcuity implemented a solution by building an ETL pipeline from scratch on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). They created an audit framework to ensure data integrity and a testing framework to validate data between the source and target.
