The customer, a multi-billion dollar telecommunications company, faced a challenge with their TIBCO Jaspersoft BI platform. They needed to run a report once but generate multiple PDF and CSV outputs, each automatically named for an individual user, a feature not natively available. They engaged vendor BizAcuity to develop a custom solution.

BizAcuity designed a solution using custom Java code to remodel the report, run it, and then burst the single output into numerous user-specific files. The code automatically named each PDF and CSV file with the corresponding username and saved them in separate folders, all from a single daily execution. This custom solution provided by BizAcuity successfully enabled the client to automate their reporting process and efficiently deliver personalized outputs.
