DMM Eikaiwa secures passwords for 250 employees with Bitwarden

DMM Eikaiwa, a global online English language platform operating under the Engoo and Bibo brands, faced growing security risks from unauthorized password sharing and weak password practices among its distributed workforce. To strengthen its security posture and manage access for over 250 employees, the company sought a new password management solution and chose to implement Bitwarden Password Manager.

By deploying Bitwarden, DMM Eikaiwa's IT department gained the ability to securely share passwords, manage user access, and enforce two-factor authentication globally. The solution eliminated the use of weak, reused passwords and insecure sharing methods like sticky notes and spreadsheets. As a result, Bitwarden provided dramatically increased security, streamlined the process of onboarding and offboarding employees who access up to 200 services, and enabled the IT team to easily verify password strength through reports during security checks.
