TCFM - Customer Case Study

TCFM, a facilities management company overseeing about 38 million square feet across roughly 75 buildings, faced fragmented internal communication and reliance on email, Outlook and multiple third‑party tools for collaboration, time tracking and file storage. To address these challenges they turned to the Bitrix24 platform to consolidate communication and operational workflows.

Bitrix24 was implemented across TCFM (CRM, Bitrix24 Drive, and mobile/desktop apps), providing an activity stream, instant messaging, voice/video, Clock IN/OUT, Leave Process, Tasks and Company Structure. As a result Bitrix24 became TCFM’s single tool for everything: more than 50 employees now collaborate in the system, they get accurate work time/attendance reports, improved task visibility and productivity, easier onboarding, and have largely phased out Outlook and other cloud storage solutions.
