MoSAiK, a teacher training project at the University of Koblenz-Landau in Germany, needed to improve communication and work processes across two campuses about 200 km apart. Before adopting Bitrix24, the team relied on a mix of email, the university’s cloud system, Excel spreadsheets, and frequent phone calls, which made collaboration difficult for its 50+ staff members.

MoSAiK implemented the Bitrix24 Professional plan as an online workspace for collaboration and task/project management. After about six months, the team reported that skepticism had largely faded and that Bitrix24 significantly simplified everyday work, streamlining processes and making communication easier.
