iServe Africa - Customer Case Study

iServe Africa is an international NGO that trains and mentors emerging leaders across Africa. As a small nonprofit that could not afford a custom-built intranet, it needed an affordable way to improve staff accountability, document access (including off-site), and day-to-day collaboration. The organization adopted the Bitrix24 collaboration platform—including activity stream, Drive, calendars, document management, HRMS and tasks—to meet those needs.

Bitrix24 implemented its activity stream for daily to‑do lists, task and event tools for team coordination, and Drive as a shared document vault, supplemented by calendars, document management and HRMS. The result: staff post daily tasks that boost accountability and give managers visibility into daily work, faster access to documents from anywhere, more team cohesion and a smoother workflow—delivering the intranet-like capabilities iServe Africa needed without custom development.
