FRoSTA - Customer Case Study

FRoSTA, a frozen-food producer with about 1,600 employees, faced the challenge of connecting a largely non-desk workforce (only about one-third had e-mail) and multiple European sales offices so staff could be informed and collaborate. To address this, FRoSTA adopted the Bitrix24 platform and mobile app, launching a branded community called myFROSTA to give everyone access to company news and collaboration tools on personal devices.

Using Bitrix24, FRoSTA implemented an activity-stream-style intranet with work and project groups, document collaboration and news widgets, which reduced reliance on e-mail newsletters and time-consuming searches. Adoption was rapid: employees immediately formed international groups and began collaborating on documents, and a one-year survey showed 63.2% of participants always felt well-informed and 73.3% of international sales staff reported stronger identification with company objectives.
