Trade Me, one of New Zealand’s leading marketplaces, needed a faster, more scalable mobile CI/CD setup to support its growing engineering team and high mobile app usage. After years of relying on on-premise Mac Minis and self-hosted Jenkins with multiple integrations, the team wanted to improve performance, reduce maintenance overhead, and maintain PCI compliance. Bitrise helped Trade Me migrate its builds relatively quickly, recreating internal systems and workflows in a couple of weeks.
