GetYourGuide, a Berlin-based travel booking platform, needed a stable, developer-friendly CI/CD solution to support its growing mobile teams and reduce broken builds, signing problems, and merge conflicts. With mobile development spread across iOS and Android teams and the need to feed an automated testing partner with continuous builds, GetYourGuide sought a reproducible, scalable environment that would let engineers iterate quickly and reliably.

GetYourGuide adopted Bitrise’s mobile CI/CD platform in August 2018, porting iOS and Android pipelines in three days and integrating Fastlane, Gradle, Slack notifications and Codecov for end-to-end automation. Bitrise now validates PRs, supplies test and candidate builds, and automates signing, beta-testing and deployment — enabling over 300 builds per week, team growth from 4 to 12 mobile engineers, and measurable business impact: iOS ranked top 10 in Travel in six European countries and doubled downloads, while Android was featured 100+ times, doubled downloads and surpassed 1M installs.
