Marisol International, a global supply‑chain services provider handling air and sea freight, needed to secure sensitive freight and customer data while supporting a dispersed, BYOD workforce that relies on mobile email. COO/CIO Jason Descamps wanted a fast, non‑invasive solution that wouldn’t take control of employees’ personal devices, and selected the Bitglass Mobile solution to meet those requirements.

Bitglass implemented an agentless Mobile solution that routes corporate Exchange email through Bitglass’ Omni multi‑protocol proxies, requiring no device or firewall configuration and letting users add corporate accounts to native mobile email clients. The deployment took about 30 minutes and delivered rich visibility and analytics, selective wipe of corporate data, and watermarking/tracking of attachments—enabling Marisol International to roll out secure BYOD while preserving employee privacy.
