A Bitglass Case Study

Arapahoe House - Customer Case Study

Arapahoe House, Colorado’s largest provider of substance use disorder treatment with 11 locations and a distributed workforce, faced an urgent security challenge: many staff accessed corporate mail on BYO devices against a hybrid Office 365/Exchange environment, and IT lacked visibility into how those devices were used. After rejecting traditional MDMs for their invasive agents and poor user experience, Arapahoe House selected Bitglass to address BYOD security without burdening employees.

Bitglass delivered an agentless mobile security solution that noninvasively monitors BYOD access, enables selective wiping of corporate data on deprovisioned devices, and uses its Citadel DLP watermarking to detect potential data leakage. As a result, Arapahoe House now has 100% visibility into BYOD usage, can successfully wipe mailboxes of departing users, streamlined provisioning/offboarding, and improved data governance and trust between IT and staff thanks to Bitglass.
