A Fortune 500 Tech Manufacturer, a global provider of hardware and software components, already had a successful home-grown LMS called Accelerate with an NPS score above 80%. However, it needed a more agile, mobile-friendly way to reinforce sales training and fill knowledge gaps left by its longer webinars, lectures, and decks. Bites was brought in as a complementary training solution to support its sales enablement program.

Using Bites’ creator app, the company quickly repurposed existing training materials into short-form videos and delivered them through channels employees already used, such as WhatsApp, SMS, and email. The rollout reached 500 employees, with 82% saying they used Bites regularly for training, and some Bites generating comments from up to 90% of viewers. Bites helped the manufacturer improve engagement, knowledge retention, and global reach at low cost while complementing its existing LMS.
