Seattle Theatre Group gets first-rate reviews for network security

Seattle Theatre Group, a nonprofit performing arts organization in Seattle, faced recurring network outages and malware that Symantec Endpoint Protection and Microsoft Defender were not stopping. After evaluating solutions, the organization selected Bitdefender’s Network Traffic Security Analytics (NTSA) and Bitdefender GravityZone Business Security to protect its network, endpoints and cloud-connected systems.

Bitdefender deployed NTSA to monitor traffic across Cisco Meraki infrastructure and GravityZone to protect about 200 endpoints, revealing malware that was pinging sites in Russia and enabling isolation of infected machines. As a result of Bitdefender’s solutions, weekly network outages fell from once a week to zero, malware-related support calls dropped from three per week to none, and endpoint security administration time decreased from 24 hours to one hour per week.
