Great Expressions Dental Centers, one of the largest U.S. dental service organizations operating over 275 locations, faced rising security, performance, and operational challenges as it expanded. Prior solutions (Viper, Sophos, McAfee, Symantec Endpoint Protection) failed to fully block threats like WannaCry and degraded system performance, so GEDC evaluated and selected Bitdefender’s GravityZone Elite Suite to address these gaps.

Bitdefender deployed GravityZone Elite Suite across 4,400 Windows workstations and Nutanix-based virtual servers, including Full-Disk Encryption and Patch Management managed from the GravityZone Cloud Console. The rollout finished in three weeks (vs. two months planned), increased average VMs per host from 21 to 31, cut patch-management staffing from six people to one, shortened technician onboarding from two months to one, and eliminated prior performance issues—delivering better compliance, efficiency, and protection.
