Emirates National Factory for Plastic Industries (ENPI Group), a leading packaging and paper manufacturer, faced limited endpoint visibility, degraded workstation performance during updates, and low patching success with its previous security solution. ENPI evaluated several vendors and selected Bitdefender’s GravityZone to address these gaps and provide stronger, more efficient endpoint protection.

Bitdefender deployed GravityZone Business Security (with integrated EDR and XDR) and GravityZone Patch Management across 480 endpoints, covering Hyper‑V, VMware and Windows environments and key applications. As a result, ENPI gained high endpoint visibility and faster incident response, reduced user performance complaints from 4–5 per month to zero, improved third‑party patch success from 70% to over 90%, and achieved consistent definition update success—delivering streamlined administration and lower overall risk under Bitdefender.
