eManaged bolsters MSP offering with advanced cybersecurity

eManaged, a Mildura, Australia–based managed service provider serving small and medium enterprises, needed to strengthen its endpoint protection as cyberattacks increased. Although it had used an entry-level Bitdefender solution, eManaged selected Bitdefender GravityZone Cloud MSP Security (with Bitdefender Advanced Threat Security) to gain more comprehensive prevention, detection, threat-hunting intelligence, and cloud-based management.

Bitdefender delivered GravityZone Cloud MSP Security and ATS, enabling eManaged to remotely manage security for 500 client endpoints across macOS and Windows, detect and immediately remediate infections, and improve global visibility. As a result, Bitdefender helped eManaged prevent outbreaks, reduce security administration time by 50%, and speed policy implementation (eliminating up to one hour per client for manual changes), strengthening the MSP’s security offering.
