Campai BV, a Netherlands-based managed service provider serving SMBs, faced rising ransomware risk and a need to expand beyond basic endpoint protection into configuration safety and user security awareness. After evaluating options, Campai standardized on Bitdefender GravityZone Cloud MSP Security (with add-ons such as Advanced Threat Security and Endpoint Detection and Response) to meet its EDR/XDR/MDR requirements and centrally manage thousands of endpoints.

Bitdefender’s GravityZone suite plus MDR Foundations and XDR Identity Sensors were deployed across more than 3,500 workstations and servers, integrated with Datto RMM for rapid rollouts, and supplemented by 24x7 SOC monitoring. As a result, Campai is capturing far more security events, blocking ransomware intrusions, deploying hundreds of endpoints in minutes, and has seen security-related revenue grow 50% faster while security’s share of business increased from 4% to 8% thanks to the Bitdefender partnership.
