Good Energy launches a white-labelled heat pump journey in 10 weeks with Bitcube

Good Energy, a UK-based renewable energy supplier, faced the challenge of integrating and upgrading an online heat pump estimation journey acquired from Igloo Works. The existing system, built by Bitcube, needed an urgent rebrand, lacked proper source control and build pipelines, relied on an inadequate Airtable system, and was not accessible. Bitcube was tasked with overhauling this critical customer-facing tool without interrupting its live operation.

Bitcube executed a multi-phase solution, rebuilding the front end in Next.js, replacing the backend services in parallel, migrating from Airtable to Zoho CRM, and achieving WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility. The entire process was completed without taking the journey offline. The results included a fully integrated CRM for sales, a white-labeled platform ready for future products, and a fully accessible website. Bitcube successfully handed over all code and technical documentation to Good Energy in January 2026.
