A BitBag Case Study
The customer, Familie Wiesner Gastronomie Group, a multi-generational Swiss culinary business with over 30 establishments, faced significant challenges due to decentralized data across multiple content management systems. They required a centralized omnichannel solution to manage more than 80 sales channels and integrate with food delivery services. They engaged vendor BitBag to implement a headless eCommerce platform based on Sylius.
BitBag designed and built a centralized, API-driven headless commerce solution. The implementation included legacy data migration, marketing automation integration, and custom backend logistics. The outcome was a successful migration that plugged multiple front-end interfaces and point-of-sale systems into a single efficient Sylius instance, which was tested to handle all 80 different sales channels.
