Agility Health, one of the largest physical therapy service providers in the United States and Canada, faced a significant challenge as existing medical billing systems could not provide the consolidated reporting necessary for its complex corporate structure of hundreds of clinics and dozens of hospitals. BIT Studios was engaged to develop a custom healthcare SaaS solution to address this critical business need.

BIT Studios took a UX-first, prototyping approach followed by agile development sprints to first improve the existing system and then completely rebuild the billing software. The final SaaS solution, which is highly scalable and fully functional, is now successfully used across the Agility Health organization, supporting hundreds of clinics and dozens of hospitals with the specialized reporting essential to their operations.
