A Bisnode Case Study
DPD, the leading express and parcel service provider in Switzerland, needed to prepare for a new CRM rollout after its old system had reached its limits and its customer data had become incomplete, duplicated, and inconsistent. To address this challenge, DPD worked with Bisnode and its data services as part of the move to Salesforce.
Bisnode cleaned and enriched DPD’s customer database by validating contact details, filling in missing information, removing duplicates using the D&B D-U-N-S® Number, and adding risk indicators for each company. DPD then imported the improved data into Salesforce and connected the Swiss Insight Web Service (SIW) to keep records current, resulting in cleaner, always-up-to-date data and faster, more effective customer response.
