Estonia’s first smart house district will be developed in cooperation between Everaus Kinnisvara and Bisly

The customer, Everaus Kinnisvara, was developing Estonia's first smart house district and sought automated, energy-efficient comfort solutions to reduce the administrative burden for future homeowners. They partnered with vendor Bisly to implement its intelligent building automation system.

Bisly integrated all necessary technical solutions, including HVAC, access control, energy, and lighting, into a single platform. This allowed residents to control their homes via a phone app or hallway screen, resulting in significant energy savings, increased security, and a more convenient living experience. The Kindlusepealse villas, equipped by Bisly, were scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024.
