Bisly Concludes Its First Project in Germany
The German real estate development company Property ONE GmbH sought to implement an intelligent building system for a renovated property in Düsseldorf. Bisly implemented its intelligent building system, which features a user-friendly platform for remote control and automated, real-time adjustments to functions like heating and lighting. The solution provided significant energy savings by optimizing consumption according to actual needs and offered integrated access management for residents. The project's success, marking Bisly's first in Germany, led to a follow-up contract with Property ONE GmbH for another project starting in late 2024.
