Bisly provided its integrated smart home solution for the Rannaniidu housing project, featuring the Bisly Hub. This single platform allowed residents to remotely control heating, cooling, ventilation, security, and intercom systems from a single screen or mobile app, simplifying management and promoting energy savings through features like Vacation Mode. The solution helped Miston Capital meet its sustainability goals and deliver on the promise of Energy Class A buildings. Bisly's scalable and easy-to-install technology also enabled future projects, including the upcoming Vagabondi Lofts and Vista Residences.
