DiamondStream Bets New Business on Birst’s™ Agile Business Analytics

DiamondStream, a gaming analytics firm that refines payments data from Global Cash Access across more than 1,100 U.S. casinos, set out to create Casino Share Intelligence (CSI), an online application to give casinos day-level, drillable insight into market position and patron behavior. With limited staff and resources, DiamondStream needed a partner and platform that could provide a data warehouse, de-duplication, and an intuitive dashboarded interface to turn transactional data into actionable marketing intelligence.

DiamondStream partnered with Birst to build CSI using Birst’s integrated agile business analytics, single sign-on application and dashboards (Share Reports and Most Valuable Patron). The solution enabled better-targeted campaigns, campaign tracking, and measurable ROI—a new revenue stream that drove exponential client growth (including the three largest U.S. casinos) and produced strong results such as a reported first-month ROI of 200%, improved profitability, and expanded market adoption.
