The City of Greater Bendigo, a local government authority in Victoria, Australia, needed a modern technology foundation to support secure and efficient public service delivery for its community and 1,000 employees. The council partnered with vendor Infor to modernize its legacy systems using Infor Pathway and Infor Operating Service (OS).

Working with Infor, the council decommissioned 17 on-premises servers to reduce infrastructure complexity and cost. The solution built a scalable integration capability with approximately 75 active integrations using Infor ION and enabled secure mobile access for staff.
