Lowes Foods, a regional grocery chain with over 100 stores in the Carolinas and Virginia, needed a better way for its marketing team to handle roughly 10 active projects and 150 requests from more than 50 stakeholders. Relying on surveys, emails and Excel left the team with poor visibility into job status, no way to assign by workload, and tasks occasionally falling through the cracks.

After evaluating over ten PM tools, Lowes Foods implemented Easy Projects — a web-hosted, customizable solution with free guest licenses and guided onboarding through an Implementation Program and Success Coach. The platform centralized requests, made workload visible and easy to reassign (for example, a designer’s week-long absence was absorbed without missed work), improving creative production workflow and reducing dropped tasks.
