Mastermind Toys Reconnects with Local Shoppers Using BirdseyePost

Mastermind Toys, Canada's largest specialty toy and children's bookstore, sought to reconnect with previous customers who lived near its 60+ locations to boost in-store foot traffic. BirdseyePost implemented a solution using its SmartMaps technology to create and send personalized postcards. Each mailer featured a tailored store locator highlighting the recipient's nearest store and included special incentives. BirdseyePost managed the entire campaign from design to mailing with a three-day turnaround, getting postcards to customers within a week. This highly effective direct mail campaign successfully drove store visits and reignited customer engagement for Mastermind Toys.
