Hungarian Stage Rental Group (HSRG) sought to modernize its broadcast production for the Rákóczi Kupa international youth soccer tournament, which was previously managed with complex analogue and SDI systems. The challenge was to implement a more efficient and educational workflow for the student production team while delivering a high-quality 1080p50 stream. Vendor BirdDog provided a full NDI solution to meet these goals.

The solution involved deploying a complete BirdDog NDI ecosystem. This included Studio NDI encoders for Sony cameras, P100 and P200 PTZ cameras, and Mini NDI decoders to handle everything from camera feeds to the scoreboard and LED video walls, all running on a single network. The results were a vastly simplified, powerful, and elegant setup that eliminated long cable runs.
