BIRD Analytics worked with a banking and financial services provider that is actually a consortium of three companies focused on services, technologies, and construction. Each company kept financials in QuickBooks, sales opportunities in Salesforce, and budgets in an Excel file, and the executive team needed a single view of financial and opportunity performance across all three businesses.

BIRD Analytics used connectors for QuickBooks, Salesforce, and CSV data, then standardized the information in Workspace and built a universal data model to create an integrated analytics view. The solution delivered executive dashboards, company-level financial analysis, custom KPIs, profitability and cash flow reporting, and secure row- and column-level governance, resulting in an overview dashboard for the whole organization plus easy-to-use, company-specific analytics modules.
