BirchStreet Systems implemented a unified cloud P2P solution that standardized workflows, enforced compliance and automated invoicing and matching; as a result invoice cycle time fell from 10 days to under 3, e‑invoicing adoption rose to 90% for 1.8 million annual invoices, compliance improved from 40% to 90%, invoice processing costs dropped 50–70%, and Four Seasons achieved 10–20% savings on annual spend with immediate global spend visibility.
