Electric Square, a game development company with studios in the UK, Singapore, and Malta, sought to better support its diverse workforce by adding a financial wellbeing pillar to its employee benefits. The Head of People & Culture, Nina Lomax, was driven to find a solution that was inclusive, accessible globally, and could cater to employees at different life stages and financial situations. This led the company to partner with the financial wellbeing platform Bippit.

The solution implemented by Bippit provided employees with access to tailored financial coaching on a wide array of topics, from pensions to mortgages. Electric Square's leadership judged the partnership a success for its usability and as a valuable retention tool in a competitive industry. While specific metrics are not yet provided as the program is new, the company is focused on sign-up rates and feedback, with Nina Lomax personally very happy with Bippit's platform and coaching service.
