Wates Group partnered with Biosite Systems to improve secure, efficient operations across more than 100 construction sites in the UK. Their challenge was to streamline site access, workforce management, health and safety processes, and site oversight while supporting large-scale construction delivery.

Biosite Systems implemented an integrated package including fingerprint access control, online induction, workforce management, CCTV, timelapse, delivery management, fire safety, and manned security services. The solution helped streamline day-to-day operations, reduce costs, and mitigate risk, while supporting enhanced health and safety across Wates sites.
