The New Approach to Workplace Wellness Meets Employees Where They Are

America’s Largest Healthcare Company, one of the nation’s oldest and largest privately held companies, wanted to modernize its workplace wellness program and improve employee participation in health screenings. To meet that challenge, it worked with BioIQ and its HealthSync mobile app and wellness platform to make screenings more convenient, flexible, and employee-focused.

BioIQ implemented a scalable screening program with onsite events, physician-office forms, lab options, and even at-home test kits, while also integrating the company’s own health clinic and administrative tools. The result was a simpler employee experience and broader reach: the program grew from about 7,000 registered participants to nearly 8,000 employees and eligible spouses the following year, with BioIQ providing real-time results, streamlined workflows, and actionable reporting to support better health outcomes.
