QAD, a high-technology software company serving global manufacturers, wanted a convenient way to improve employee wellness and differentiate its benefits offering while supporting a healthy, traveling workforce. The company turned to BioIQ and its health screening program, including the at-home test kit option, to help employees access preventive care more easily.

BioIQ implemented a turnkey corporate wellness solution that let employees order at-home screening kits, complete a Health Risk Assessment, and receive secure results online, with aggregate reporting for HR. The pilot was highly successful: 100% of interested employees ordered kits, 90% completed the online assessment, and 80% completed the A1c test, far above typical corporate screening participation rates. QAD then expanded BioIQ companywide for more than 600 employees across 38 states.
