North Idaho College, a community college in Idaho, wanted to improve employee wellness participation and make its health screenings more effective. Working with BioIQ, the college looked for a better way to collect biometric data, give employees a clearer view of their health risks, and create a more engaging wellness experience tied to incentives.
BioIQ implemented its Dimensions Platform for on-site biometric screening, scheduling, results tracking, and year-over-year reporting. The program added incentives of up to $1,000 per employee and encouraged participation through screenings, wellness activities, and exams, helping NIC identify previously unknown health issues, increase preventive care use, and reduce claims reaching the pooling point.
