Jack in the Box, a nationwide restaurant chain, wanted a scalable way to help employees and covered spouses better understand their health risks and improve participation in its wellness program. The company turned to BioIQ for biometric screening services, including home test kits and lab visits, as part of a broader corporate wellness strategy.

BioIQ implemented a user-friendly screening and reporting platform with personal health dashboards, aggregate reporting, health coaching, and automated spousal enrollment. The solution made participation easy across a dispersed workforce, with nearly 90% of participants choosing at-home testing and an 84% completion rate for home kits; overall, more than half of enrollees completed the optional HRA and 58% included spouses, helping Jack in the Box expand engagement and prepare for outcomes-based incentives.
