Grange Insurance, a mid-size insurance provider, was facing steadily rising health care and health insurance premium costs after covering several large claims. To better understand employee health risks and encourage preventive care, Grange turned to BioIQ’s corporate wellness and biometric screening services, including at-home testing and health risk assessments.

BioIQ helped Grange launch a multi-channel screening program for all employees, using on-site nurses at headquarters and at-home test kits for field staff, combined with an HRA and coaching support. The result was more than 95% participation in the screening and HRA, three consecutive years of strong engagement, and a clearer baseline for managing population health risks and improving long-term health care costs.
