Medical Research Council boosts user experience to 87.3% with Binary Vision

Binary Vision partnered with the Medical Research Council (MRC) to tackle the challenge of making diverse and complex biomedical research careers easy to understand, enabling researchers to make informed career choices.

Using an agile Lean UX process, Binary Vision developed an Interactive Career Framework for the MRC, which was brought to life with real-life case studies. Post-launch, the framework performed excellently in user surveys, with 87.3% of users rating the overall experience 3 stars or higher. Its launch also significantly boosted the MRC's Twitter profile. Subsequently, Binary Vision expanded the framework to incorporate funding schemes from eight UK research funders, creating a common language for UK research funding for the first time.
