PEER1, a global Internet infrastructure and hosting provider with multiple data centers and a large dispersed customer base, needed a way to mass-send and batch-process electronic invoices because their Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation could not efficiently handle high-volume document delivery. To solve this gap they engaged Binary Stream and evaluated a document delivery solution that would integrate with Dynamics GP’s SOP module.

Binary Stream implemented the eMailer Manager, a Dexterity-built add-on that integrates directly with Microsoft Dynamics GP to batch, track and mass-email invoices and other SOP documents. The solution let PEER1 reliably send unlimited invoices each billing cycle and cut invoice processing from 4–5 days per month to under an hour, dramatically speeding delivery and reducing manual work—results delivered by Binary Stream.
