Harbour Air Seaplanes, the world’s largest all-seaplane airline based in British Columbia, needed to move its reservation system online and pay travel-agent commissions via EFT—but Microsoft Dynamics GP could not efficiently send remittance details to agents. To close that communication gap in 2007, Harbour Air evaluated Binary Stream and selected Binary Stream’s eMailer Manager for Microsoft Dynamics GP to deliver EFT remittance reports electronically.

Binary Stream implemented eMailer Manager to mass-email EFT remittance reports directly from GP, automatically save PDFs into Harbour Air’s filing system, and streamline biweekly payables processing. The change let Harbour Air send remittances to about 60 travel agents each month in roughly one hour per cycle, eliminated printing and mailing costs, reinforced the airline’s carbon-neutral goals, and improved commission transparency—results enabled by Binary Stream’s solution.
