Cameron Mitchell Restaurants - Customer Case Study

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, a growing multi-concept restaurant group based in Columbus, Ohio, was struggling with a vendor payment bottleneck as it expanded to over 30 locations, more than 300 vendors and roughly 800 monthly transactions. To streamline payables within Microsoft Dynamics GP, they worked with Binary Stream and evaluated its Manager Series solution, National Accounts for Payables.

Binary Stream implemented National Accounts for Payables to create parent–child vendor hierarchies so payments could be consolidated to parent accounts. Within about a week Cameron Mitchell Restaurants reduced checks cut per month from 800 to 400 and cut check-preparation time from a day-and-a-half to roughly half a day (over 50% time savings), freeing accounting staff to focus on higher-value work.
