SpicyLemon is a Dutch distributor of security and anti‑virus software with over 1,500 partners selling to clients across Europe. An internal knowledge‑management audit showed they had plenty of data spread across finance, CRM and supply‑chain databases, but account managers lacked integrated KPIs and the tools to identify opportunities — and because they sell security solutions, any BI choice had to meet strict cloud security requirements.
SpicyLemon implemented Bime cloud BI via its Benelux partner, who set up an OLAP connection, trained staff and helped build market‑specific dashboards; the intuitive drag‑and‑drop interface let non‑technical managers blend sales, financial and web marketing (AdWords) data and create new KPIs. As a result, managers use dashboards daily to drive decisions, the company improved resource allocation and lowered costs, and Bime has supported continued strong growth and a more data‑driven culture.
