How 114 Directors of Technological Institutes in Universities (IUT) use Cloud BI

IUT, through ADIUT, needed a faster way to analyze and share performance indicators across 114 technological institutes in France. Using Excel and static PowerPoint reports made multi-site benchmarking slow, hard to distribute, and difficult to use for student, performance, and career-path analysis.

BIME Analytics provided Cloud BI dashboards that were immediately accessible online to all directors, with interactive Drill-Down and Drill-Through features for deeper analysis. BIME Analytics helped cut reporting time from about a week for updates to 10 directors to a day or less for a full dashboard serving 114 directors, improving collaboration, speeding up decisions, and supporting more responsive, unified communication with higher authorities.
