Case Study: Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM) achieves dynamic, interactive research performance dashboards with BIME Analytics

ERIM - Customer Case Study

Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM) at Erasmus University Rotterdam, led by executive director Wilfred Mijnhardt, needed a better way to present large, multi-source research performance data. Dissatisfied with static, bland reports, ERIM wanted web-based, user-friendly dashboards that would integrate multiple databases, show trends over a decade, and let academic and external stakeholders interact with and explore the institute’s KPIs and publication impact.

ERIM worked with Bime and local partner KJP Consultants to fuse data sources and build dynamic, embedded dashboards with rich visualizations and real-time updates. The institute now publishes interactive annual reports (six years to date, expanding to ten), has received strong positive feedback from peers, increased transparency and stakeholder engagement, and plans to use Bime as a presentation layer for other academic tools like SPSS and STATA.
